2. Your first payment of $79 will be requested. You will then see a debit 1 x a month for at least 6 months.
3. Please Print this page for your records and copy of Benefits during the 6 month period.
4. Should you request to stop receiving reduced rate skincare treatments after your first 6 months, please send a request to the following e-mail address: julie@serenesolutionsnh.com and membership withdrawals will cease on the next payment date.
